Accountable Manager | Mexico | Aviation

We’re looking for an experienced Accountable Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our MRO client's site in Cancun, Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of MRO operations, including production, training, technical management, quality assurance, and certification.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulatory standards and safety protocols.
• Act as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies, maintaining complete regulatory compliance.
• Implement operational strategies aligned with global standards to drive efficiency and growth.
• Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to support operational success.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Electronics Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Experience: 20+ years in commercial aircraft engineering and maintenance, with expertise in production, training, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
• Certifications: Licensed Aviation Maintenance Technician (FAA, EASA, Transport Canada, or JCAB).
• Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish, strong leadership and communication skills, and a track record in managing large-scale operations.
