JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Monitor and follow up client's response to the proposal/sample items and exert effort to close the deal.
2. Provide assistance and support in the ordering, deliveries, collections and other related processes.
3. Track weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets achievement and submit reports on account status and daily activities weekly.
4. Address promptly customer complaints and inquiries including post-sales needs.
5. Develop new business/products with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
6. Ensure forecasts/P.O.s are submitted regularly and monitored.
7. Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
