Account Marketing Manager

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to serve as the critical link between our clients and internal teams (development, design, and motion graphics). This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving problems, and is skilled at turning client requests into actionable tasks.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact between clients and the internal team.
• Receive and interpret client requests with clarity and accuracy before passing them on.
• Assign tasks to the appropriate team members using internal project management processes.
• Follow up on task progress and ensure timelines and quality expectations are met.
• Review all deliverables before they are sent to the client to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Handle client communications with professionalism—even in high-pressure situations.
• Prioritize and organize projects and requests based on urgency and importance.
• Answer team and client questions regarding project details, timelines, or feedback.
• Participate in internal meetings to ensure alignment across all departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience managing projects related to websites, branding, and motion graphics.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills—outgoing, empathetic, and assertive.
• Proven ability to stay calm and handle challenging clients or high-stress situations.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with a strong sense of prioritization.
• Basic understanding of web development terminology (e.g., domains, servers).
• Familiarity with tools like WordPress, Figma, Photoshop, and After Effects.
• Self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
