We are recruiting Account Managers to support the Global Selling business growth of Existing Sellers from LATAM that sell on Amazon US.
The objective of a Global Selling ESM-A manager is to manage Mexican existing Selling Partners (SPs) from a selected Lead Pool, selling on the US marketplace. This role supports SPs on the process of adoption of key Amazon Marketplace Programs and Inputs. This role will be focused on Advertising and Selection levers to make a seller successful at the US market. This results in bettering Seller Experience (SX) of reached SPs and improving Customer Experience (CX) through improved selection offering, quality, and lead-times. ESM-A managers are evaluated by: (1) the number of engagements within the year (from the selected Lead Pool); (2) the conversion percentage to adopted Amazon Marketplace Programs; and (3) recollection of SP anecdotes from support provided.
The ideal candidate is motivated, agile, with strong time management and project management skills, technical and analytical. This opportunity requires excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills as well as team skills. At the core of the position is high attention to detail and delivering high quality results on time.
