Specific Responsibilities Would Include

Centric Brands is seeking a motivated and dynamic Account Executive to drive sales and manage key accounts across Mexico and Latin America. This role will focus on supporting major accounts including Liverpool, Innova Sport, Martí, D’Portenis, Amazon, and Mercado Libre, while also overseeing sales to seven distributors across Latin America. The ideal candidate will excel in managing relationships, merchandising products, and coordinating with Under Armour’s global team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Account Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors in Mexico and Latin America.
    • Oversee the sales and performance of major accounts, including Liverpool, Innova Sport, Martí, D’Portenis, Amazon, and Mercado Libre.
    • Drive growth and optimize sales strategies tailored to each account and distributor.
  2. Merchandising and Store Presentation:
    • Ensure effective merchandising of Under Armour products in-store, focusing on proper presentation and visibility of underwear and sportswear.
    • Conduct regular store visits to ensure products are displayed according to brand standards and meet sales targets.
  3. Coordination and Communication:
    • Act as the primary point of contact between Under Armour Corporation and local partners.
    • Communicate effectively with the Centric Brands offices in Greensboro to manage the order book, track shipments, and address any logistical issues.
    • Provide timely updates and reports on sales performance, market trends, and any operational challenges.
  4. Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the region.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and ensure competitive positioning.
  5. Product Knowledge and Training:
    • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Under Armour’s product categories, including boys’ and girls’ apparel, outerwear, swimwear, and men’s and women’s underwear and undershirts.
    • Train and support distributors and retail partners on product features, benefits, and selling techniques.

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or related roles, preferably in the sportswear or retail industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Bilingual in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
    • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.

    • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and market conditions.
  • Travel: Occasional travel within Mexico and Latin America may be required.
