Account Director | eCommerce | eRetailers | Team Management
The Account Director role brings a mixture of account management and team management activities. The mission of this role is to lead and inspire the team to achieve desired objectives, budgets and quality and maintain high client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Manage a dedicated part of the business from an operational point of view (Americas)
Managing a team - coaching and mentoring them to deliver high quality projects
Creating strategy and being an advisor in the field of ecommerce development to the clients and the team
Building long-term relationships with clients by extensive analysis and understanding of their business needs, evaluation and development of the client (like business reviews and reporting on the KPI’s), improving continuously the overall client experience
Support the sales team with info and input for pitches
Coming up with innovative ideas to run the business and also execute them
Day-to-day analysis of team efficiency and ability to recognize and deliver improvements to people and processes
Serving as a role model and knowledge expert, training and developing people within the team, provide feedback and performance review, encourage professional growth
Manage the budgets and P&L of the Americas projects and report on them to the board
Leading client accounts with overall responsibility for the client agency relationship and continuously improving the overall client experience
Making sure the projects are profitable and are growing
Our Requirements
Passionate, ambitious individual with a business-oriented, strategic approach
Min. 5 years of supervising / team management experience (min 5-7 people team), passion and desire to develop leadership skills
At least 5 years of experience in eCommerce
Experienced in project management & working with eRetailers (especially Amazon & Walmart)
Experienced in working with various, international clients on various projects and ability to build long-term relationships with clients
Experience in strategic business consulting
Understanding of budgeting, reporting and P&L
Fluency in English - at least C1 level
