About the Role

PwC’s Tech Strategy practice is seeking a Senior Associate to play a key role in helping clients navigate the ever-evolving technology landscape. This position requires a combination of strategic insight, technical expertise, and hands-on problem-solving skills to support organizations in aligning their IT strategies with business objectives. You will work closely with clients to drive innovation, digital transformation, and operational excellence across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement technology strategies that align with business goals.
2. Assess IT landscapes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions for cloud adoption, software development, and data analysis.
3. Provide expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), DevOps, AI/ML, and IoT technologies.
4. Lead cloud strategy, architecture design, and digital transformations.
5. Analyze IT processes and recommend improvements using Agile (DevSecOps), ITIL, and automation frameworks.
6. Facilitate collaboration across hybrid teams, ensuring smooth execution of IT projects.
7. Leverage data visualization tools and project management software to track and optimize performance.
8. Develop financial models, business cases, and benchmarking analyses for strategic initiatives.
9. Coach and mentor junior team members while fostering an environment of accountability and collaboration.

Basic Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
2. 6+ years of relevant experience in industry or consulting.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and data visualization tools.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Master’s degree (MSc in Technology).
2. 8+ years of experience in strategy consulting.
3. Certifications such as TOGAF, SAFe, ITIL, AWS, or Azure.
4. Experience with SDLC tools, cloud service providers, and modern programming languages.
5. English Level: Fluent
