As an Oracle consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Oracle applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Oracle applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Analyst, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

  • Ticket Quality and deliverables review.
  • Status Reporting for the project.
  • Adherence to SLAs, experience in incident management, change management and problem management.

Position Requirements

  • 6 ~ 10 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
  • Experience in Oracle Cloud / Fusion HCM Functional Talent Management.
  • Experience with Goals, Performance, Talent Review, Succession Planning, Career Development and Learn modules.
  • Customizing templates (Talent Review, Talent Management, etc.).
  • Managing Workforce profiles, Defining goals, Worker Performances, Succession Plan, Talent pools and Talent Reviews.
  • Understanding data flow between the modules of Talent Management.
  • Ability to articulate business requirements and propose solutions after performing appropriate due diligence.
  • Solid understanding of Enterprise configuration, Workforce Structures, FlexFields Security and Roles.
  • Experience working with Oracle Support for various issue resolutions.
  • Hands-on experience in Unit Testing and UAT of issues and collaboration with business users to obtain sign-off.
  • Ability to perform fit gap analysis.
  • Ability to create and maintain configuration workbooks.
  • Experience supporting period end closure activities.
  • Generate ad hoc reports to measure and communicate the health of the applications.
  • Focus on reducing recurrence issues caused by the Oracle Fusion application.
  • Prepare process flows, data flow diagrams, requirement documents, user training and onboarding documents to support upcoming projects and enhancements.
  • Deliver and track the delivery of issue resolutions to meet SLAs and KPIs.
  • Good communication, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Coordinate with the team to close client requests on time and within SLA.
  • Independently conduct new feature sessions with clients/stakeholders.
  • Manage the HCM Track independently, interact with clients, conduct business requirement meetings and user training sessions.
  • High level of knowledge of other Fusion modules like Core HR, Absence Management, Compensation, Benefits & Payroll functionality is a plus.
  • Expertise in developing Fast formulas is preferred.
  • Expertise in developing OTBI/BI reports.
  • Expertise in creating HDL data load templates.
