As an Oracle consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Oracle applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Oracle applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Minimum Requirements:
- 6 ~ 10 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
- Experience with at least one end-to-end implementation in Fusion HCM, including upgrades, lift and shift, and support projects.
- Experience in Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM Functional Payroll.
- Good understanding of various payroll element configurations.
- Experience managing calculation cards, element entries, balances, payment methods, and payment distribution.
- Understanding of Quick Pay, Payroll Flow, and Retro Processing functionality.
- Troubleshooting day-to-day payroll issues.
- Understanding of start-of-year and year-end activities.
- Ability to customize seeded templates and reports.
- Ability to understand and articulate business requirements and propose solutions.
- Experience working with Oracle Support for issue resolutions.
- Conduct patch/smoke/regression testing and update test scripts.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate with team to close client requests timely and meet SLAs.
- Ability to perform fit-gap analysis.
- Hands-on experience in Unit Testing and UAT, collaborating with business users for UAT sign-off.
- Create and maintain configuration workbooks.
- Generate ad hoc reports to communicate application health.
- Focus on reducing recurrence of issues caused by the Oracle Fusion application.
- Prepare process flows, data flow diagrams, requirement documents, design documents, user training, and onboarding documents for projects and enhancements.
- Deliver and track issue resolutions to meet SLAs and KPIs.
- Ability to independently conduct new feature sessions with clients/stakeholders.
- Manage the HCM Track independently, interact with clients, and conduct business requirement meetings and user training sessions.
- Experience supporting year-end activities.
- High level of knowledge of other Fusion modules like Core HR, Recruitment, Compensation, Benefits, and Talent Management is a plus.
- Expertise in developing Fast formulas is preferred.
- Expertise in developing OTBI/BI reports.
- Expertise to create HDL data load templates.
