As an Oracle consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Oracle applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Oracle applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2 - 5 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
  • Completion of at least one end-to-end implementation in Fusion HCM, including upgradation, lift and shift, and support projects experience.
  • Experience in Oracle Cloud / Fusion HCM Functional Payroll.
  • Good understanding of various payroll element configurations.
  • Good understanding of managing calculation cards, element entries, balances, payment methods, and payment distribution.
  • Understanding of Quick Pay, Payroll Flow, and Retro Processing functionality.
  • Troubleshooting day-to-day payroll issues.
  • Understanding of start-of-year and year-end activities.
  • Customization of seeded templates and reports.
  • Ability to understand and articulate business requirements and propose solutions after performing appropriate due diligence.
  • Experience in working with Oracle Support for various issue resolutions.
  • Participation in patch/smoke/regression testing and change/update test scripts.
  • Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Coordination with the team to close client requests on a timely basis and meet the SLA.
  • Hands-on experience in unit testing and UAT of issues, collaborating with business users to obtain UAT sign-off.
  • Work with technical streams and provide guidance on integrations, conversions, and reports.
  • Experience in supporting year-end activities.
  • High level of knowledge of other Fusion modules like Core HR, Recruitment, Compensation, Benefits, and Talent Management functionality is a plus.
