A1 SolarStore (a1solarstore.com) is an online store based in the USA, Florida. We sell solar panels and other equipment for PV systems across the U.S.

We are looking for a Client Relationship Specialist - someone to assist clients by providing support, answering questions, and resolving issues. In this role, you should be an excellent communicator with sales skills who’s able to grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them.

NOTE: This is an online position with 90% of the time devoted to receiving and making phone calls. Be ready to process around 50 calls per day.

Responsibilities:

1. Act as point of contact for all sorts of customer inquiries and escalate issues as appropriate.
2. Contact customers to keep them updated on their order or inquiry status.
3. Close deals with indecisive customers and wholesale buyers.
4. Keep proper notes of the order status in our in-house CRM.
5. Make quotes for customers and follow up on them if needed.
6. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. engineers, logistics team, senior management) to address customers’ needs.
7. Ensure you resolve each customer's concern quickly and efficiently.

Requirements and Skills:

1. Native or Proficient English and Spanish speaker. Additional languages are a plus.
2. Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager / Customer Support Manager / Sales Manager.
3. Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.), with working knowledge of CRM and telephony platforms.
4. Problem-solving aptitude.
5. Stress resistance.
6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
7. Customer-oriented attitude.
8. Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction).
9. Must provide a quiet surrounding (without any disruptive noises), high quality of internet connection, basic equipment for work (laptop / PC, headphones).
10. Industry knowledge is a plus.
