CNC Programming: Analyze, modify, and optimize CNC programs to improve efficiency and accuracy. Troubleshoot program errors and adjust tool paths for improved performance.
Machine Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and fix CNC machine issues related to programming, electronics, and control systems.
Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on CNC control systems, electronics, and machine components.
Upgrades & Optimization: Implement software/hardware upgrades and optimize machine controls for better performance.
Documentation & Training: Maintain programming and repair records; train operators and junior technicians on CNC programming best practices.
Position Duration: This is a temporal position (3 to 6 months).
Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience: 8+ years in CNC programming and maintenance, with proficiency in CNC control systems (Fanuc, Siemens, Haas) and G-code/M-code programming.
Skills: Strong troubleshooting, programming, and machine repair abilities; experience with CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam).
