Responsibilities:
- Execute marketing activities and programs aligned to marketing strategy
- Drive research and message development for marketing program execution
- Assess and monitor program performance against objectives, metrics, and budgets
- Implement internal communications activities to support engagement and the employee experience
- Requires analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems. May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapt existing methods and procedures.
- Requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
- Primary upward interaction is with the direct supervisor or team leaders. May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture.

Educational Qualification:
- Communications, Marketing and/or Journalism bachelor’s degree
Good to have:
- Intermediate proficiency in Data Analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Market Research
- Expert proficiency in Marketing Strategy
- Master proficiency in Communication Skills
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant related skills
Skills & Work Experience:
- Strong English Skills for Business (Written and Spoken)
- Ability to work independently, taking ownership of accounts while also working collaboratively.
- Good with time management and prioritization skills.
- Skilled communicator (written and spoken), ability to think on the fly
- Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized
- Project Management Experience
- Good presentation skills, and desired experience pitching proposals to clients.
- Experience crafting low to medium-complexity marketing plans and/or programs.
Other requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B partner/channel marketing, or other indirect marketing and sales channels.
- 4+ years of experience in strategic planning of end-to-end, multichannel marketing campaigns. (on/offline marketing)
- Experience at a country/regional level in crafting channel marketing strategies.
- Digitally fluent, with knowledge of digital marketing best practices.
- Able to craft verbal and written tactical recommendations and guidance for marketing professionals.
- Experience in a worldwide marketing program and/or working with high-end agencies is preferred.
- Beginner proficiency in Customer Research
- Beginner proficiency in Marketing Analytics and Reporting
