The Role :

This remote role (work from anywhere in Latin America) focuses on shaping how customers experience brands. As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll design and manage campaigns that connect with people, drive engagement, and ultimately increase sales. Your work will directly influence the growth and success of e-commerce businesses, helping brands build lasting relationships with their audiences.

What You'll Do :

1. Develop and run targeted paid ads on platforms like Google Ads and social media.
2. Strategize and manage creative email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo for various e-commerce sectors.
3. Optimize Shopify and other e-commerce platforms for user experience, performance, and conversions.
4. Use data analytics tools to track campaign results and make data-driven marketing decisions.

It Can Be a Perfect Match If You Meet...

1. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, especially e-commerce.
2. Strong skills in digital marketing tools like Google Ads, social media ads, Klaviyo, and Shopify.
3. Analytical mind for marketing strategies and data interpretation.
4. Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
