Job summary

Un'azienda di gioielleria prestigiosa è alla ricerca di un Product Development Project Manager con esperienza nella gestione di progetti e un forte background nel settore della gioielleria. Il candidato ideale ha una laurea in Ingegneria o Economia, 2-4 anni di esperienza e ottime capacità organizzative e comunicative. La conoscenza di software di gestione progetti e dei sistemi PLM è un plus. Questa posizione si trova presso la sede centrale in Lombardia.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 anni di esperienza nella gestione di progetti nel settore della gioielleria.
  • Conoscenza di base dei sistemi PLM.
  • Certificazione PMP è un plus.

Role Overview

The Product Development Project Manager in our HQ Technical Office is responsible for planning, execution and closure of jewellery projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and with the required quality standards. The role requires strong relational, organisational and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of the jewellery industry. Corrispondi a questo profilo?

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating all phases of Product Development: planning the concept (e.g. defining objectives, timelines, budget), executing the project (monitoring progress, managing budget, coordinating with stakeholders and suppliers) and delivery; driving process improvements and proposing solutions for efficiency and quality.
  • Coordinating and managing resources.
  • Supporting Quality Control activities.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Engineering, Economics or related fields.
  • 2–4 years of experience managing projects in the jewellery sector or similar, focusing on Product Development.
  • Basic knowledge of PLM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Experience with project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project, Asana).
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is a plus.
  • Excellent proficiency in Italian and English.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Team‑working ability, attention to detail, proactivity and flexibility.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ethical work approach.
