Job summary
A leading company in the retail sector located in Jakarta Selatan is seeking an experienced Assistant Business Development Analyst Manager. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, conducting market analysis, evaluating projects, and developing data-driven recommendations to enhance revenue. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Management or related field, with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in business development or analysis. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI are essential. The position offers a dynamic work environment and a chance to make a significant impact.

- Evaluate potential projects and partnerships to improve revenue.
- Develop data-driven recommendations on pricing strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of promotional programs.

Conduct market and industry analysis in the ceramic and sanitary retail sector, including product trends, pricing benchmarks, and customer preferences
Evaluating potential projects, partnerships, and expansion strategies to improve revenue and market position.
Identify business growth opportunities such as new store openings and market expansion
Develop data-driven recommendations on pricing strategies, promotions, and product mix based on sales performance and market conditions.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional programs, showroom displays, and sales campaigns.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Purchasing, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure effective execution of business strategies.
Prepare business analysis reports, sales performance dashboards, and management presentations on a regular basis.
Analyze inventory performance, including fast-moving and slow-moving items, to support inventory optimization and stock planning.
Track market trends, design innovations, and competitor activities in the ceramic and sanitary retail market.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Management or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, business analysis, or retail commercial roles.
Experience in retail, ceramic, sanitary, building materials, or home improvement industry is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and market data.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with power BI tools is an advantage.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
