The Role

As Associate Director – Corporate Lawyer (Transactional Services), you will:
Provide expert legal advice on M&A, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and contract negotiations.
Assist with leading and developing the high-performing ALS team, ensuring seamless collaboration and strategic growth.
Work closely with senior leadership to drive operational excellence and risk management.
Build and nurture strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

You will be!

• Qualified Solicitor – in any of the jurisdictions in UK or Republic of Ireland
• Extensive experience of corporate law gained working in a leading commercial law firm
• Technically strong with an in-depth knowledge of M & A and corporate transactional work to include contract law
• Excellent leadership skills with previous experience of managing teams
• Excellent communication skills adept at developing strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Able to think strategically and drive innovation in the delivery of legal services
