Role Title: Infrastructure Manager - End User Compute Lead
Location: London 185 Farringdon Road (Hybrid)
As the Infrastructure Manager working as part of the Technology Service Delivery Team at RMG, you will be responsible for managing 35,000 connected users, and 21,500 end user devices split between laptops and desktops across RMG's whole infrastructure estate nationwide. Working cross functionally with a broad range of technology teams internally, you will also be responsible for managing multiple outsourced suppliers to deliver projects and services across RMG's end user estate.
You'll be responsible for managing Annual Evergreen OS Feature upgrades, monthly patching, application packaging, zero-day browser vulnerabilities, and everything across a large user estate. No two days are the same in this exciting, business critical role!
