A multi-site healthcare organization in Leeds is looking for an HR Operations Specialist to enhance HR services and support a growing team. This on-site, fixed-term role until July 2026 requires strong HR generalist experience, a proactive approach to process improvement, and the ability to mentor a team. HR Operations Specialist (Interim / On-site) / Location : Bank Top Farm, Leeds (Bank Top Support Centre) | Contract : Fixed-Term until July 2026 (40 hrs / week)
