The Role

At NEOS Hospitality, we’re redefining excellence in the hospitality industry, and we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to take our digital marketing efforts to new heights. This is your opportunity to blend data-driven marketing with the art of guest engagement, crafting compelling campaigns that resonate across the venues and brands.

As our Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our multi-channel digital marketing strategies. Your expertise in performance marketing will ensure our brand not only reaches but truly connects with our audience, enhancing customer retention and conversion. Collaborate with creative teams, analyse key performance metrics, and continuously optimise campaigns to elevate our presence in the competitive hospitality space.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement high-impact marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google SEM, and display advertising.
• Analyse and interpret campaign data to uncover insights that fuel strategic decision-making.
• Enhance engagement by understanding consumer behaviour and media trends in the UK hospitality market.
• Partner with creative and marketing teams to test innovative strategies and push boundaries.
• Utilise Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and GA4 to track performance and deliver accurate reporting to drive optimised paid budgets and maximise ROI for multiple consumer brands.
• Ongoing optimisation of business listings pages to support operations and paid ads performance.
• Creation of optimised landing pages to maximise performance and ROI on paid campaigns. Have the power in your own hands to optimise the performance of where your campaigns are landing.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring we always deliver world-class marketing experiences.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of performance marketing / paid media experience in a competitive EU market, with over 2 years of experience managing monthly budgets in excess of £50K+, is essential.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• A strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in A/B testing, ROI analysis, and data visualisation.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken) with a passion for storytelling through data.
• Previous experience in e-commerce, hospitality, supplements, or retail is a plus.
• The ability to demonstrate previous experiences creating optimised landing pages that boosted campaign performance is a huge plus.
• A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving excellence.
