Role: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire

Job Type: Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday (Apply online only)/(Apply online only)pm

Salary: Up to GBP37k

Hawk3 Talent Solutions is seeking a motivated leader to oversee our outbound operations and ensure customer orders are dispatched accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise all outbound operational processes, ensuring timely dispatch.
2. Create an engaged workforce focused on maximizing efficiency.
3. Manage daily operations, including picking, marshalling, and housekeeping.
4. Analyse and report errors, resolving queries proactively.
5. Lead daily team briefs and manage performance to meet targets.
6. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and prioritize Health & Safety.
8. Maintain daily records in the Time & Attendance system.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Proven experience in warehouse operations and process flows.
2. Knowledge of continuous improvement practices.
3. Familiarity with exportation of goods (desirable).
4. Ideally a member of the Institute of Logistics & Transport.
5. Exceptional people management, leadership, and motivational skills.
6. Strong decision-making ability under pressure.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8. Proactive problem solver with analytical skills.
9. Significant experience in a distribution centre environment.
