Anarust Inc. is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Responsibilities :
- Administrative Support :
- Manage and organize email correspondence, calendars, and schedules.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain and organize digital files and databases.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Project Management Support :
- Assist with project coordination, tracking progress and managing deadlines.
- Prepare and distribute project-related documents and communications.
- Conduct research and gather information for projects.
- Assist with the preparation of project proposals and presentations.
- Customer Service Support :
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
- Manage customer support tickets and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain customer databases and records.
- Social Media and Content Support :
- Assist with social media management, including scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
- Draft and edit social media content and blog posts.
- Research and gather information for content creation.
- General Operational Support :
- Assist with onboarding new team members.
- Manage expense reports and invoices.
- Assist with general office tasks as needed.
- Implement and maintain efficient remote workflows.
- Confidentiality and Discretion :
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar).
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software and technologies quickly.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote environment.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Must be located in the United States or be a U.S. permit resident.
Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Familiarity with basic website maintenance.
