Job description

Anarust Inc. is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. This role requires a high degree of discretion, professionalism, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities :

  1. Administrative Support :
    1. Manage and organize email correspondence, calendars, and schedules.
    2. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    3. Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
    4. Maintain and organize digital files and databases.
    5. Handle incoming and outgoing communications with clients, vendors, and team members.
  2. Project Management Support :
    1. Assist with project coordination, tracking progress and managing deadlines.
    2. Prepare and distribute project-related documents and communications.
    3. Conduct research and gather information for projects.
    4. Assist with the preparation of project proposals and presentations.
  3. Customer Service Support :
    1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
    2. Manage customer support tickets and escalate issues as needed.
    3. Maintain customer databases and records.
  4. Social Media and Content Support :
    1. Assist with social media management, including scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
    2. Draft and edit social media content and blog posts.
    3. Research and gather information for content creation.
  5. General Operational Support :
    1. Assist with onboarding new team members.
    2. Manage expense reports and invoices.
    3. Assist with general office tasks as needed.
    4. Implement and maintain efficient remote workflows.
  6. Confidentiality and Discretion :
    1. Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
    2. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications :

  1. Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar).
  5. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
  6. Ability to learn and adapt to new software and technologies quickly.
  7. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote environment.
  9. High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  10. Must be located in the United States or be a U.S. permit resident.

Preferred Qualifications :

  1. Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  2. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  3. Familiarity with basic website maintenance.
  4. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
