As a trusted partner to the Technology organization, you'll help attract top Technologists and contribute to a diverse, inclusive workforce. As a Vice President in the Technology Recruitment team, you will ensure the attraction and recruitment of top talent both internally and externally. You'll need a strong understanding of the Tech market and a commitment to inclusive hiring practices, using proactive sourcing techniques and provenrecruitment delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire recruiting process and develop recruiting strategies.
  • Manage multiple roles and collaborate with various stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Advise hiring managers on recruiting processes and policies.
  • Source and pipeline qualified candidates through diverse channels.
  • Evaluate, interview, and present candidates, refining strategies based on feedback.
  • Understand recruiting needs, participate in client meetings, and manage expectations.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely communication.
  • Educate candidates on career growth, benefits, and compensation.
  • Provide market data to support client needs.
  • Use applicant tracking systems and maintain data integrity.
  • Mentor and coach team members both in local and regional teams.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience in full life cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of technical disciplines and ability to identify top talent.
  • Client-focused, supportive, and advisory approach.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience managing multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations.
  • Familiarity with a variety of recruiting platforms (sourcing, technical assessment, candidate management platforms).
  • Strong multitasking, project management, and presentation skills.
