What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience as a 360 recruiter (3+ years), ideally within the FMCG industry or related sectors.
• Strong business development skills with a track record of winning new clients and maintaining relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of FMCG roles, from supply chain and logistics to sales, marketing, and product development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational abilities.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently while collaborating within a supportive network.
