Vehicle Technician (Level 3)
Salary: £31,800 - £38,300 (D.O.E) + Bonus & Paid Overtime
Location: Poole, Dorset
Hours: 42.5 hours (Monday - Friday 8:15am - 5:15pm, Saturday optional paid overtime)
Drivers licence essential

About the role/our client:
Our client is a highly prestigious brand, offering a great working opportunity to work as a Vehicle Technician at their dealership in Poole.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Working in a team to execute Services and MOT's, carrying out repairs accurately, safely and quickly to minimise customer inconvenience.
2. Taking care to uphold the brand image by offering an elite experience with detailed handovers, ensuring standards are maintained.
3. Adhering to all Health & Safety regulations, ensuring all areas are maintained and clear from hazards.
4. Completing all relevant documentation in line with HSO warranty and internal brand requirements.
5. Logging all details on Job Sheets to ensure bills and invoices are accurate.
6. Working towards controlling costs where possible.

Skills/Experience Required:

1. Experience in a similar role is required.
2. Full driving licence is essential for this role as you will have to undertake test drives with customer vehicles.
3. Ability to effectively communicate with customers, resolving any issues and providing vital information.
4. Ability to prioritise tasks and manage your workload, working individually, in a team, and with other departments internally to ensure efficiency.
