Repair Centre
Up to £55,000 per annum
45 hours per week
Location: Oxford OX4

About the role

Working as part of the repair centre team you will act as the damage repair consultant.

1. Inspect damaged vehicle.
2. Select appropriate repair methods appropriate to customer needs, site resource.
3. Talk through repair methods and upselling opportunities with customers.
4. Construct repair estimates using supporting images.
5. Maximise profit potential by monitoring repair stages and gathering evidence to support the estimate.
6. Attend daily production meetings to update colleagues on Damage Assessments and customer requirements.
7. Undertake final quality Control inspections.

You will play a pivotal role in our customer journey, working in partnership with customers and skilled production teams to achieve the best outcome.

3. Knowledge of modern repair methods with an ability to maximise repair opportunities.
4. Commercial awareness - ability to maximise productivity/profit.
5. Willingness to embrace best practices.
6. Qualification and experience e.g. VDA IMI.
