RemoteStar is looking to hire a UI/UX Designer on behalf of our client in the United Kingdom.
Location - Cardiff, UK
The right fit:-
We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Digital Designer with strong UX/UI skills to join in-house team.
The ideal candidate:
A successful applicant will have experience in some of the following:
- Developing compelling, responsive web layouts that enhance user experience and support various strategies and goals
- Designing original graphics, including infographics, images, icons, and illustrations
- Adhering to brand guidelines, encompassing fonts, colors, tone of voice, and imagery to captivate and engage target audiences
- Creating attractive email designs with an understanding of their limitations
- Developing engaging social media campaigns for various platforms
We absolutely require:
- Solid understanding of best UI and UX practices and principles
- Proficiency in responsive web design and accessible design principles
- Expertise in design software, including Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
- Proven ability to see projects through from conception to delivery
- Minimum of 3+ years of design experience Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
It would be a bonus if you have any experience in any of the following:
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is advantageous, with training provided if needed
