Are you a meticulous organiser with 2-3 years of experience in a global Travel Coordinator role?

Looking to join a firm where you can build your career for the long term?

Our client is looking for a genuine team-player to join this established team (4 days in, 1 WFH day)

What you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Coordinating all global and UK travel arrangements for employees and candidates
  • Point of contact for travel-related enquires
  • Tracking expenses, producing reports
  • Assisting with ad hoc group bookings for conferences and offsites
  • Negotiating preferred global rates with airlines/hotels and travel service providers
  • 4 days in office and 1 WFH day

  • Proven experience of coordinating global business travel across a variety of time zones
