Are you a meticulous organiser with 2-3 years of experience in a global Travel Coordinator role?

Our client is looking for a genuine team-player to join this established team (4 days in, 1 WFH day).

What you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Coordinating all global and UK travel arrangements for employees and candidates.
  • Point of contact for travel-related enquiries.
  • Tracking expenses, producing reports.
  • Assisting with ad hoc group bookings for conferences and offsites.
  • Negotiating preferred global rates with airlines/hotels and travel service providers.
  • 4 days in office and 1 WFH day.

The skills you need to bring:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a global Travel Coordinator role.
  • Proven experience of coordinating global business travel across a variety of time zones.
  • Keen attention to detail essential.
