Role: Trainee Teaching Assistant - SEND

Salary: 90.00- 95.00 per day (dependent on child-based experience)

Job Description:

As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you will have the chance to learn and develop your skills in a supportive school environment. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in support work, care assistance, or youth work who are eager to transition into a school setting. You will work closely with experienced teaching professionals to provide vital support to students, assisting with their academic progress and personal development.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a Support Worker, Care Assistant, or Youth Worker
2. Passion for working with children and a desire to make a positive impact on their lives
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic educational environment
