Trainee Quantity Surveyor (Building and Construction)

£40,000 - £45,000 + Full Training + Company Bonus

In this role, you will receive training in all aspects of managing project costs, both new and ongoing, while ensuring projects stay within budget. You will collaborate with senior team members to ensure the financial and commercial success of each project.

This position is ideal for a graduate with a Quantity Surveying-related degree who is eager to receive the in-depth training necessary to become a Quantity Surveyor, all while being part of one of the most exciting building companies in the South-West.

THE ROLE

• Cost Estimating and Budgeting
• Material Take-offs and On-site Measurements
• Supplier and Subcontractor Evaluation
• Contract Administration
• Cost Monitoring and Reporting
• Procurement Support
• Record Keeping

THE PERSON

• Quantity Surveying or similar graduate
• Experience in the construction industry
• Full UK driving licence
