We’re looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Optimisation Marketing Consultant to join our growing UK team. Reporting to the Customer Optimisation Manager, you’ll play a vital role in expanding our Optimisation Portfolio, promoting energy-saving solutions to customers, Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) contractors, and energy consultants.

The role:

Drive Growth:

  • Develop and implement strategies to engage third-party channels
  • Increase sales performance across direct and indirect routes to market

Be the Expert:

  • Become a subject matter expert in our Optimisation product portfolio
  • Conduct market research and share valuable insights into industry trends
  • Support training initiatives to enhance business results across teams

Engage and Influence:

  • Collaborate with internal sales teams to amplify the impact of our solutions
  • Organise and lead CPD training, “lunch and learns”, trade shows, and industry events
  • Build meaningful relationships with consultants, partners, and customers

What You’ll Bring:

  • A degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in a technical marketing or sales role within the industrial or engineering sector (ideally with exposure to compressed air systems)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for relationship building
  • A data-driven mindset and analytical approach to decision-making
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools
