Trading Operations - Crypto - FinTech - Hybrid Working

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a global FinTech firm specializing in multi-asset clearing and financing across traditional and digital assets.

The London-based role is part of the EMEA operations function, operating under a follow-the-sun model. The team collaborates daily with clients, internal teams, liquidity providers, exchanges, and vendors to resolve issues across FX and Digital Asset Prime Brokerage.

Typical BAU responsibilities include trade and position reconciliations, facilitating asset and collateral movements, payments, margin calls, and ensuring compliance with operational, risk, and regulatory controls.

Applicants should have a strong operations background and hands-on experience with digital assets, ideally from a crypto exchange, prime brokerage, or trading firm. Given the firm's technical focus, we’re particularly interested in those with coding skills in SQL or Python to enhance process efficiency and automation.
