An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a global FinTech firm specializing in multi-asset clearing and financing across traditional and digital assets.

The London-based role is part of the EMEA operations function, operating under a follow-the-sun model. The team collaborates daily with clients, internal teams, liquidity providers, exchanges, and vendors to resolve issues across FX and Digital Asset Prime Brokerage.

Typical BAU responsibilities include:

1. Trade and position reconciliations
2. Facilitating asset and collateral movements
3. Payments and margin calls
4. Ensuring compliance with operational, risk, and regulatory controls

Applicants should have a strong operations background and hands-on experience with digital assets, ideally from a crypto exchange, prime brokerage, or trading firm. Given the firm's technical focus, we’re particularly interested in those with coding skills in SQL or Python to enhance process efficiency and automation.
