Telemarketing / Appointment Setter Temporary to Permanent Opportunities

About the Role:

This position begins on a temporary basis with the opportunity to transition to permanent employment based on performance. You'll be making both cold and warm calls to generate qualified appointments for our clients' external Sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients on behalf of our third-party partners
2. Book quality appointments for field sales representatives
3. Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
4. Meet and exceed targeted metrics
5. Work collaboratively within a team environment

Required Skills & Experience:

1. Previous telemarketing, telesales, or appointment setting experience
2. Exceptional telephone manner and verbal communication
3. Ability to engage with diverse personalities and industries
4. Target-driven mindset with a focus on results
5. Basic computer literacy for CRM updates
6. Team player attitude
