£35K - £42K negotiable depending upon experience + benefits, pension, bonus.
On behalf of our Client, we are seeking candidates for an office-based internal technical support engineer for Hydraulic & Pneumatic Fluid Power products and solutions. To be successful, you will require experience and understanding of a range of these products such as hydraulic motors, pumps, valves, actuators, and sensors, in order to provide technical knowledge to the internal sales team and external customers whilst developing and maintaining customer relationships and promoting products and services to maximise sales opportunities.
As the Technical Support Fluid Power specialist, you will deal with customers by phone and email, respond to and handle all product technical enquiries, interpret specification detail, offer suitable products and alternatives, along with quotation. You will liaise with Field Sales Engineers and other staff to achieve the branch objectives and sales performance and, as is normal in a small and dedicated team environment, engage in other duties.
