Want to join a Main Contractor making major head waves within the industry? Wanting to join the Pre-Con team based in the HQ with the opportunity to work closely with the Senior Management team? HQ being just off Junction 17 of the M25.

Do you understand the importance of how significant a 0.5% saving on a tender submission can be?

Are you experienced within the Pre-Construction team? Do you have your finger on the pulse when it comes to bids and tender awards?

Our client, who has a strong hold on the UK, European & now US market, is looking for someone to join their team and be based in the HQ. Would joining a leading Main Contractor on the road to turning over £1 Billion sound like the organization you would thrive in?

The project values range from small projects of £25 Million to their major large-scale projects of £250 Million.

Projects vary within different sectors like:

1. Pharma & Life Science
2. Logistics & Distribution

Duties:

• Prepare and review technical designs of the consultants.
• Oversee project designs and documentation.
• Oversee coordination of work undertaken by external sub-contractors and design consultants.
• Assist in resolving any technical problems faced by the technical department during the project design and/or construction stages, where required.

Non-Negotiables:

• Clear Main & or Sub Contractor experience.
• Civil Engineering Degree.
• Prior Design & Build Experience.
• Can-do attitude to grab an opportunity by the scruff of the neck.
