Position: Duty Manager

We are looking for a Duty Manager to be what we call Party Starters at Slug And Lettuce! We are looking for Duty Managers who know how to be great team players and have a real passion to create an amazing guest experience. Our goal for you is not only to train you to become the best bartender you can be but to guide you into being a great leader!

Can you…

• Support, coach, and mentor your team
• Support the management team and work together to create and deliver your vision
• Ensure standards and compliance are continuous in the manager’s absence
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests

To be considered for the Duty Manager position at Slug And Lettuce, you must be 18 or over as the role involves the sale of alcohol.
