Then this is the role for you! We are currently recruiting for a modern company based in Nuneaton that is looking for a Customer Service Manager to join their growing Customer Service Team. This role is full time, permanent from day one working 09:00 - 17:00 or 9:30-17:30 with one Saturday and Sunday in four on a rotational basis.

So what would I be doing?

  • Using CRM systems
  • Provide guidance and help with problem solving challenging customer queries
  • Hold weekly training sessions
  • Help support HR team
  • Delivering outstanding customer service
  • Be the final point of contact for any customer service complications
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service
  • Training and developing a team
