This role is perfect for someone with a compassionate nature and a proactive attitude. You will be working closely with students who have significant learning and physical needs, helping them engage with education in a way that suits their abilities. Your role will involve providing tailored assistance, fostering independence, and helping create a positive learning experience.

Strong teamwork, patience, and adaptability will be essential, as well as a willingness to assist with personal care where necessary. Training such as Moving and Handling, Makaton, or Team Teach would be advantageous, though not essential, as development opportunities are available.

We understand that flexibility is important, and this role allows you to work around your availability while maintaining a minimum commitment of three days per week. Whether you want to gain experience in multiple settings or prefer a longer-term position in one school, we can find the right placement for you.
