We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Director to lead and develop our Structural Engineering services, working closely with the existing civils and ground engineering teams and serving markets in Scotland. The appointment will be a hybrid role based in our Edinburgh office ideally or Glasgow. We have an exceptionally varied workload ranging from residential, commercial, industrial, retail, health, leisure, education, and renewables. Furthermore, we are involved with structural inspections, appraisals, and report preparation. We have a significant number of new build and refurbishment schemes which offer a wide range of interest and experience to the successful candidate.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate experience of business development, financial management, and expertise in winning work and building client relationships, together with excellent project management skills and an ability to deliver results to client programme and budget. The successful candidate will also have excellent outward-facing skills allowing them to build strong relationships with existing and new clients.
