PR AD - ASD – B2B Tech | Remote (UK-based) | £60–75K + Bonus

Are you a senior PR leader with deep B2B tech experience and a sharp instinct for what makes a startup story resonate? This is a brilliant opportunity to join a fast-growing, fully remote agency working with some of the most exciting early-stage companies and investors across AI, fintech, deep tech, and enterprise software.

You’ll be stepping into a senior leadership role with strategic ownership of key accounts, guiding founders and investors, and shaping the agency’s next phase of growth.

This boutique firm partners with high-growth startups, scale-ups, and investment firms across the UK and US. The agency is known for delivering smart, high-impact comms that elevate credibility, support funding rounds, in the B2B tech and innovation space.

With a small but high-performing team, this agency offers a rare combination of fast-paced startup energy, senior-level autonomy, and the chance to help define the future of early-stage PR. The agency also prides itself on flexibility — most of the team work a 4-day week, with quarterly in-person meetups and the option to flex around life.

The Role:

  • Act as senior lead across some of the agency’s most exciting clients — from deep tech startups to global VCs
  • Provide strategic counsel to founders, investors, and C-suite stakeholders
  • Craft editorial strategies, press office functions, and earned media narratives that generate standout coverage
  • Lead on fundraising comms strategies, brand positioning, and investor visibility
  • Turn niche, technical stories into high-impact media narratives across business, national and trade titles
  • Contribute to agency growth by mentoring junior staff, managing freelancers, and supporting new business
  • Collaborate directly with the CEO and MD on agency direction and proposition

What They’re Looking For:

  • 7+ years of experience in PR and comms (agency side essential)
  • Strong background in B2B tech
  • Excellent media instincts and ability to develop top-tier story angles
  • Experience managing complex clients and providing high-level advice with confidence
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, fully remote environment where autonomy is key
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and appetite for shaping processes, teams, and ideas
