Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring people, and we’re looking for a Stakeholder Engagement Manager with great understanding of the dynamics of stakeholder relationships to help identify stakeholders and manage engagement to meet the needs of the business.

This is a full-time role, 37.5 hours, split between our HQ in Willerby, HU10, the field and your remote work location.

  • Advocacy: Build support for the organisation's objectives by promoting its positive impact on stakeholders and society as a whole.
  • Stakeholder Identification: Identify and categorise key stakeholders, including employees, customers, partners, investors, government agencies, and other relevant parties.
  • Stakeholder Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of each stakeholder group to understand their needs, expectations, concerns, and influence.
  • Engagement Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategy, including communication plans and feedback mechanisms.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve stakeholder concerns, issues, and conflicts promptly and professionally.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, public relations, legal, and other departments, to align stakeholder engagement efforts with overall business strategies.

  • Any Internet Service awareness, knowledge or experience is a benefit.
