Stakeholder Engagement Manager

Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring people, and we’re looking for a Stakeholder Engagement Manager with great understanding of the dynamics of stakeholder relationships to help identify stakeholders and manage engagement to meet the needs of the business.

This is a full-time role, 37.5 hours, split between our HQ in Willerby, HU10, the field, and your remote work location.

  1. Advocacy: Build support for the organisation's objectives by promoting its positive impact on stakeholders and society as a whole.
  2. Stakeholder Identification: Identify and categorise key stakeholders, including employees, customers, partners, investors, government agencies, and other relevant parties.
  3. Stakeholder Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of each stakeholder group to understand their needs, expectations, concerns, and influence.
  4. Engagement Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategy, including communication plans and feedback mechanisms.
  5. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve stakeholder concerns, issues, and conflicts promptly and professionally.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, public relations, legal, and other departments, to align stakeholder engagement efforts with overall business strategies.

Here’s why you’ll be great in this role…

  1. Several years of experience in stakeholder management, public relations, or a related field.
  2. Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
  3. Strategic thinking and the ability to align stakeholder engagement with organizational goals.
  4. Project management skills to plan, execute, and track stakeholder engagement activities.
  5. Knowledge of relevant regulations, compliance issues, and best practices.
  6. Any Internet Service awareness, knowledge or experience is a benefit.
