Job title: Software Team Leader

Salary: Circa £60,000 (depending on skills and experience)

Engineers at all levels should possess an academic qualification in Engineering or other related STEM subjects as well as specific (either academic or professional) qualifications and become recognised as Incorporated or Chartered Engineers through an appropriate recognised professional institution. Engineers are encouraged, and will be supported, to achieve the relevant accreditation.
Preference will be given to candidates who are already professionally registered.

The Combat Systems Team:
As a Software Team Leader you will be supporting the Combat Systems Strategic Projects in exploring new technologies to create, influence and guide future Naval Ships Combat Systems products. The role will involve both the day-to-day leadership of a scrum team tasked with delivering software packages/applications and performing a software development role within that scrum team.
