About the Role

We are looking for a talented and motivated Mid-Level Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team. You will work on building and enhancing web applications, contributing to both front-end and back-end development. Your primary tech stack will include React for the front-end and Python for the back end.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React and Python.
• Build and optimise user-facing features with modern JavaScript.
• Design and implement robust APIs and backend services using Python.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure application security, performance, and scalability.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-years of experience in full-stack development.
• Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong backend development skills with Python.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Knowledge of state management libraries (Redux, Context API) and component-driven development.
• Experience with Git and version control workflows.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an agile environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of Apache Kafka.
