We are partnering with a leading and fast-paced contractor who is seeking a skilled Site Manager for a long-term project based in North Ayrshire. The project requires a candidate with proven experience, preferably in industrial unit construction.

This contractor operates across various sectors, including Industrial, Residential, Commercial, and Retail, and is keen to recruit an experienced Site Manager to effectively manage all on-site resources, ensuring the project is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the high standards expected by both the contractor and their client.

Key Responsibilities:

• As an experienced Site Manager, you will demonstrate a proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects with a principal contractor.
• You will have extensive experience with all phases of the construction process, including the installation of sewers, groundworks, access roads, utilities, substructure, and building works, all the way through to project completion and delivery.
• A trade background or an appropriate further education qualification is preferred.
• A valid SMSTS qualification, Black CSCS card, and First Aid certificate are required.

Compensation: The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of up to £55,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
