With a diverse consulting background and deep knowledge of industry trends, the ServiceNow Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant (SC) will build and develop trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. This role will support business growth by partnering and collaborating with customers, sales teams, practice leads, and executives. As a hands-on consultant, you should be deeply familiar with ServiceNow, capable of configuring the platform and demonstrating product-specific solutions during the sales process.
Design and lead consultative interactions at the highest levels of an organisation to align business objectives with solutions delivered on the ServiceNow platform across a wide portfolio.
Lead and drive workshops on best practices, educational sessions, and discovery conversations to understand customers' business objectives, challenges, and pain points.
Drive the pre-sales process by distilling collected information and developing demo scripts that demonstrate a meaningful understanding of the client's business and opportunities to leverage ServiceNow.
Support the creation of High-Level Proposals, Statements of Work, and RFP responses.
Collaborate with the Account Executive to develop, grow, and maintain accounts, handling strategic, tactical, and operational activities.
Provide technical support throughout the pre-sales and sales process.
Perform demonstrations to align ServiceNow with customer needs.
Support Proofs of Concept/Proofs of Value in collaboration with the delivery team.
Act as a trusted advisor, helping the client scope specific challenges and identify ServiceNow-based solutions.
Maintain a deep, comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow's capabilities, limitations, and industry trends, including competitors and complementary solutions.
Maintain credibility through best practices knowledge in the Sales Enablement space.
Qualify and support the closing of sales opportunities.
5+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience in SaaS, Cloud Platform technologies.
Strong experience and understanding of various ServiceNow solution domains.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and effective manner.
Ability to build a strong network with customers and influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Proven capability of working with customers at various levels, from C-level executives to process owners, with a value-delivery mindset.
Proficiency in English.
ITIL Foundation Certification.
ServiceNow Sales Certifications.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
ITIL Advanced Certifications (desired).
ServiceNow CSA/CIS Certifications (desired).
