About you:

They are looking to recruit a Solicitor / Legal Executive with at least 2 years of personal injury experience to join their growing Serious Injury department in their prestigious Manchester office.

You will work as part of a well-established team on a variety of serious injury claims, assisting lawyers on cases involving road traffic accidents, employers liability claims, and public liability claims.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Speaking with and advising clients
2. Reviewing evidence and records
3. Drafting letters of instruction, court documents, and Instructions to Counsel
4. Attending conferences with Counsel and court hearings

Requirements:

1. A minimum of 2 years personal injury experience
2. Experience with serious injury claims preferred but not essential
3. Commitment to delivering excellent client care/service
4. Ability to work sympathetically and effectively with a wide range of clients with differing needs
5. Excellent organisational and time management skills
6. Ability to build rapport with colleagues and clients alike
7. Proactive in driving your own career progression
