We’re currently seeking an SEO focused Executive for one of our digital performance squads.

YOUR TEAM

This role sits within Owned Media, part of the digital performance collective at Mindshare, which specializes in providing services across Search Engine Optimisation, Integrated Search and Social Listening as some of its key workstreams. It is responsible for delivering all Owned Media services through technology, processes, AI and channel best practice to deliver organic performance for Mindshare clients.

YOUR ROLE

Location : Based in Melbourne

Reporting of the role : Owned Media Associate Director

1. Understand the client deliverables, expectations and timelines
2. Utilise website analytics to deliver detailed reports and actionable insights
3. Utilise search tools to perform research and recommendations for clients e.g. SEMRush, Lumar, Screaming Frog
4. Assist the Associate Director in presenting data gathered and formulating opportunities / insights for clients
5. Ensure communication with client is upheld daily or as directed by the Associate Director
6. Build thorough knowledge of the fundamentals for Owned Media performance
7. Showcase competency in on / off-page and technical optimisation tasks and tactics
8. Assist the Associate Director in ensuring all financial processes are followed with 100% accuracy e.g. monthly invoicing
9. Pro-actively increase your knowledge across the Owned Media landscape and share interesting findings with Search team
10. Work collaboratively with different divisions within Mindshare to ensure holistic approach to implementations where possible

YOUR IDEAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

We’ve already built a strong team - many are quite technical. A value add for this role will be to bring your confident personality and client-facing skills. We’re also looking for :

1. Melbourne based is a must for this one (hybrid / flex still applies).
2. Proven experience in a solid SEO focused role (ideally exp in agency to showcase an understanding of client needs)
3. Strong experience with utilising industry leading tools, such as Ahrefs, SEMRush, Google / Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Looker Studio, Screaming Frog, or similar.
4. You’re someone who is collaborative but also comfortable being autonomous.
5. You like to constantly challenge yourself and rarely sit still.
6. You’re keen to work with big, progressive clients and excel your SEO career.
